Can You Answer the Obesity Problem

I, like many people have been pondering over the problems faced by huge numbers of people who seem unable or unwilling to do anything positive to help themselves tear free from the grip of overeating and obesity. It seems like they are being led like cattle to the slaughter down a path they seem unaware of by an industry hell bent on putting profits before people's health. There are a brace of diet companies in existence that are quite happy to help those who don't help themselves by offering then an easy way of dieting that is very successful for those who use it.

A Simple Diet Solution

So, with all things considered and with people looking for an easy solution, is dieting the answer to the nation's problem over obesity and an inability to stop eating so much junk processed food washed down with way too much fizzy soda? Maybe it is and maybe it is not. It depends on the person in the end.

After all, it really doesn't matter how simple an eating program can be, if the person is not willing to take the high road to discipline themselves to take it and stick to it, they won't see any results. It has to come down to people making decisions for themselves and not being forced to do things they don't want to do.

The Sugar Addiction

A big part of the problem is the addiction people have over sugar in their food. It can be very difficult to break away from those sweet things when you love eating them so much.

But of you don't break that habit and learn to ignore the cravings for sugar laced treats, you will never lose weight or enjoy a slim body because you will be in an endless loop of craving sweet things, eating them then feeling bad afterward for eating them.

The Answers Are Simple

So, with all things considered and with people looking for an easy solution, is dieting the answer to the nation's problem over obesity and an inability to stop eating so much junk processed food washed down with way too much fizzy soda? Maybe it is and maybe it is not, but the fact remains that it is there to help anyone who can lift their heads from their sofa prisons and look away from the television set for long enough that the solution registers on their advertising commercial fed brains.

Maybe some will break free of their chains and take the offered solution and lose weight. Most won't do anything because they are simply too lethargic to do anything to help themselves. They would simply rather get back to watching their televisions and let the advertisers run their lives for them and tell them that everything is all right really.

It's a safer reality than the one outside their front doors.
